Eat Your Way Thinner

Okay, okay, I know.

My attempts to get to the gym have been half-hearted at best.

The excuse of being busy has worn thin when the truth is closer to being that I can’t be arsed, especially not with the lure of a pint instead.

So having demolished as good old fashioned Sunday grill, I’ve come up with a new plan.

Each day of the week will represent a share of said weekend treat.

Monday (bacon), Tuesday (sausage), Wednesday (egg), Thursday (mushrooms) and Friday (tattie scone).

Miss a day, lose an element of the Sunday treat.

It begins this week.

I already fear Sunday may be a lean day.
